Solar Power Agencies Uganda Limited
Solar Power Agencies (U) Ltd (SPAUL) was legally registered and incorporated in the year 2003 by the Registrar of Companies Ministry of Internal Affairs in Uganda.
SPAUL is a Private Limited Liability Company founded and owned by Ugandans to meet the rural electrification basic energy needs for lighting and other uses. We also serve urban areas.
The Company is designed to procure, design, supply, install and maintain solar systems. We create awareness and train people in Solar Power Systems and appliances. The company’s area of operation is mainly in Eastern Uganda region with Head office located in Mbale town opposite Grace Secondary School plot 32 Mbale Business House, Republic Street, Mbale Municipality.
The Company has also offices at Kampala city, Bushenyi, Mbarara, Budaka, and Bukedea.
The Vision
The Vision of SPAUL Company is “To provide accessible, affordable and sustainable Solar Power Services to each and every household, business, Organizations, churches, mosques, institutions, health centers, District offices and other users”.
The Mission
The Mission of SPAUL Company is “To sell, distribute, install, and maintain sustainable Solar Power solutions and appliances for development and conserve other fuel sources especially trees”.
