I am glad to introduce to you Foundation for Uganda Christian Youth Development Association(FUCYDA) as a fully registered non government organization (NGO), founded by concerned Christians to serve all people especially the Youth and Women without discriminating in ethnic, religion, gender or any other background. It is non-political and non-partisan with no religious biasness.
FUCYDA covers activities in poverty reduction, programmes in modern agriculture, health education (especially the girl child), youth special programmes, HIV / AIDS sensitization, skills development, environment protection, solar energy, fuel saving stoves (biomass) among others.
Currently it is involved in community group’s formation for youth and women; this involves mobilization and sensitization of the communities with research activities as its baseline for implementation of programmes.
We network with other organizations and work in partnership with project funders for development programmes.
